Job summary

Angard Recruitment is recruiting for Royal Mail delivery roles in Leiston. You will drive a Royal Mail van on your route, deliver letters and parcels, and also complete parts of your round on foot. You must be prepared to walk and handle up to 16 kg mailbags, with shifts that vary daily.

You’ll undergo a driving assessment at start and join a team dedicated to reliable, community-focused postal service delivery.

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Be prepared to walk large distances and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary and require adaptability at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels around your delivery area by van and on foot.
• Ensure items reach destinations safely, in all weather.
• Pass a driving assessment before starting and maintain service standards.
