While others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner. You'll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you'll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like!

In return, we use our automated technology to pre-plan your route and pre-load your van. Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. On top of your base pay, you will receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £14.47 per hour. You can also increase your earnings further with enhanced overtime for those special occasions. All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work you get paid. That's a great deal!

Requirements

• You don't need any previous experience; just bring yourself and a positive attitude. Our training team will do the rest.
• Driving Licence Requirements:
• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
• Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.
• Good communication skills are essential as this is a customer-facing role.

We will run a Disclosure Barring System check (DBS). Once all checks are completed, you will be offered the role, and your career with Ocado Logistics will begin!

Contract Details

• Type: Permanent
• Hours: 37.5 or 40 hours, including paid breaks
• Work Days: Any 5 days out of 7, with shifts of 7.5 or 8 hours, detailed during pre-boarding
• Shifts: AM & PM, starting as early as 05:30 and ending as late as 12:00 midnight. Please check your commute prior to applying.
• Pay Schedule: Lunar paid, every 4 weeks on a monthly schedule

Pay Rates

• Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.89
• Evening Premium (from 6pm): £15.01
• Sunday Day Premium: £15.28
• Sunday Evening Premium: £16.51
• Overtime Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £17.36
• Overtime Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £18.48
