Job summary

Ocado Logistics in Greater London is looking for Customer Service Team Members to deliver quality goods efficiently. This role requires good communication skills and a positive attitude, with no prior experience necessary. You will be in a customer-facing position and must possess a valid UK or EU driving license with at least 12 months of experience.

In return, we use our automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van! Driving Licence Requirements

• Full UK or EU driving licence
• Minimum of 12 months of driving experience
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• No driving disqualifications in the past five years

Some deliveries involve the handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 years old to apply.

As this is a customer‑facing role, good communication skills are also essential.

Contract Type

Contract Hours

40 hours (including paid breaks)

Contracted Days

Required to work any four days out of seven, with 10‑hour shifts. Further details will be provided during pre‑boarding.

Shifts

AM & PM shifts. You may start as early as 05:30 and finish as late as 12:00 midnight. Shift rota is released up to 13 weeks in advance.

Pay Structure

Paid monthly (lunar) – you will receive payment every four weeks according to a monthly schedule.

Hourly Pay Rates

• Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate): £13.96
• Evening Premium (from 6 pm): £1.12
• Sunday Day Premium: £1.40
• Sunday Evening Premium: £2.63
• Overtime Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £17.45
• Overtime Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £18.57
