EZ Living Furniture Limited in Belfast is seeking a Furniture Delivery & Installer with a Category C licence to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering and assembling furniture at customers' homes and ensuring timely, friendly service.

You will unload safely, remove old items where arranged, and coordinate with logistics and customer service. Training is provided; previous home delivery experience is desirable, and a clean driving record is essential.

Formación

• Full, clean Category C driving licence with CPC qualifications.
• Experience driving rigid trucks; Box Vans experience helpful.
• Good knowledge of Belfast and surrounding road networks.
• Home delivery experience desirable but not essential.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work as part of a team.
• Training will be provided for candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every delivery.
• Review delivery orders before departure.
• Safely unload furniture at customers' homes.
• Assemble furniture to the required standard.
• Remove old furniture where pre-arranged.
• Maintain communication with the Logistics and Customer Service teams.
• Follow company uniform and appearance standards.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections before starting deliveries.

The Company

EZ Living Furniture was founded in Galway in 1998. We are a family run Irish retailer operating nationwide, as well as a full online shopping experience offering delivery throughout Ireland. We are the largest independent Furniture Retailer in Ireland employing over 370 people.

The Person

If you are an experienced C Driver, have great work ethic and a genuine desire to provide excellent customer care at all times, then EZ Living Furniture is looking for you. The successful candidate will provide an efficient home delivery service and will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery to customers' homes. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, along with a flexible approach, to ensure that customers' expectations are met and surpassed. The position is based in Belfast but serves adjoining counties as well. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn.

Furniture Delivery & Installer (Category C Licence)

• Full Category C driving licence / Category B driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to unload and deliver furniture safely.
• Experience or skill to assembling furniture in customers' homes.
