Job summary

Wolseley UK Limited's Climate Centre in Trafford Park is seeking a Delivery Driver 3.5t to join a 40-hour week. You will deliver pipe and climate supplies locally, build customer relationships, and perform daily vehicle checks to ensure safe, on-time deliveries.

After routes, you’ll help with warehouse tasks and stock checks, contributing to a smooth branch operation. The role requires a full clean UK driving licence; multidrop experience is welcome but not essential, and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (must have a clean licence).
• Multidrop driving experience is desirable but not essential.
• Must be a team player with a desire to help across the branch.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pipe and climate supplies within the local area.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure everything is safe and ready to go.
• Load and unload deliveries, including manual handling.
• Support with warehouse duties on return from deliveries, including stock checks.

Salary: £26,695 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Delivery Driver 3.5t - Trafford Park - Climate Centre - 40 hours

We are Climate Centre, part of the Wolseley Group - a leading specialist trade merchant across the UK and Ireland that puts customers at the heart of everything we do.

As a Delivery Driver 3.5t joining our team in Trafford Park you will:

• Deliver pipe and climate supplies within the local area
• Build strong relationships with our customers
• Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure everything is safe and ready to go
• Load and unload deliveries, including manual handling
• Support with warehouse duties when you’re back from deliveries, including unloading stock, picking & packing orders and carrying out stock checks

So, if you’re over the age of 18 and have got:

• A full clean UK Driving Licence
• Previous multidrop driving experience is ideal but not essential
• A genuine desire to be a team player, willing to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
