Job summary

Wolseley UK Limited in Exeter is hiring a Delivery Driver 3.5t to join our Climate Centre team. You’ll deliver pipe and climate supplies within the local area, build strong relationships with customers and perform daily vehicle checks to ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Full clean UK Driving Licence required.
• Previous multidrop driving experience is ideal but not essential.
• Desire to be a team player and support in all branch activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pipe and climate supplies within the local area.
• Build strong relationships with our customers.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and roadworthiness.
• Load and unload deliveries, including manual handling.
• Support with warehouse duties when back from deliveries, including stock checks.

Salary: £26,695 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Delivery Driver 3.5t - Exeter - Climate Centre - 40 hours

We are Climate Centre, part of the Wolseley Group - a leading specialist trade merchant across the UK and Ireland that puts customers at the heart of everything we do.

As a Delivery Driver 3.5t joining our team in Exeter you will:

• Deliver pipe and climate supplies within the local area


• Build strong relationships with our customers


• Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure everything is safe and ready to go


• Load and unload deliveries, including manual handling


• Support with warehouse duties when you’re back from deliveries, including unloading stock, picking & packing orders and carrying out stock checks

So, if you’re over the age of 18 and have got:

• A full clean UK Driving Licence


• Previous multidrop driving experience is ideal but not essential


• A genuine desire to be a team player, willing to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
