Job summary

Plumb Centre Hessle is seeking a Part Time Delivery Driver (3.5t) for 20 hours per week, mornings. You will deliver plumbing and heating supplies locally and build strong relationships with customers, while also assisting in warehouse tasks after deliveries.

Applicants must be over 18 with a full clean UK driving licence; multidrop experience is welcome but not essential. The role offers £13,347 per year plus bonus and a broad range of benefits within the Wolseley Group network.

Our branches are open Monday to Saturday (Sat. mornings only)

This vacancy is for 20 hours (4 hrs/day), Mornings.

Working pattern will be discussed at interview stage.

As a Part Time Delivery Driver 3.5t joining our team in Hessle you will:

• Deliver plumbing and heating supplies within the local area
• Build strong relationships with our customers
• Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure everything is safe and ready to go
• Load and unload deliveries, including manual handling
• Support with warehouse duties when you’re back from deliveries, including unloading stock, picking & packing orders and carrying out stock checks

So, if you’re over the age of 18 and have got:

• A full clean UK Driving Licence
• Previous multidrop driving experience is ideal but not essential
• A genuine desire to be a team player, willing to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
