Job summary

Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is recruiting a Part Time Delivery Driver 3.5t in Hartlepool. The role is 20 hours per week, mornings, with pattern discussed at interview. You will Deliver plumbing and heating supplies locally, build strong customer relationships, and perform daily vehicle checks.

You’ll also load/unload deliveries and support warehouse duties when back from deliveries. Requirements include being over 18 with a full clean UK driving licence; multidrop experience is

• A full clean UK Driving Licence.
• Multidrop driving experience is ideal but not essential.
• A genuine desire to be a team player, willing to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch

Part Time Delivery Driver 3.5t - Hartlepool - Plumb Centre - 20 hours

Our branches are open Monday to Saturday (Saturday mornings only). This vacancy is for 20 hours (4 hrs/day), mornings. Working pattern will be discussed at interview stage.

We are Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group - a leading specialist trade merchant across the UK and Ireland that puts customers at the heart of everything we do.

As a Part Time Delivery Driver 3.5t, you will:

• Deliver plumbing and heating supplies within the local area
• Build strong relationships with our customers
• Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure everything is safe and ready to go
• Load and unload deliveries, including manual handling
• Support with warehouse duties when you're back from deliveries, including unloading stock, picking & packing orders and carrying out stock checks

Requirements:

• Over the age of 18
• A full clean UK Driving Licence
• Previous multidrop driving experience is ideal but not essential
• A genuine desire to be a team player, willing to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch
