Job summary

Plumb Centre in Evesham is looking for a Part Time Delivery Driver 3.5t to join our team. The role covers delivering plumbing and heating supplies locally and building strong customer relationships.

This 20-hour-per-week position operates in the mornings. A full UK driving licence is required, and multi-drop experience is nice-to-have but not essential. The role includes some warehouse duties when not delivering.

Qualifications

• Full clean UK Driving Licence.
• Previous multidrop driving experience is ideal but not essential.
• Desire to be a team player and support branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver plumbing and heating supplies within the local area.
• Build strong relationships with our customers.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure everything is safe and ready to go.
• Load and unload deliveries, including manual handling.
• Support with warehouse duties when you’re back from deliveries, including unloading stock, picking & packing orders and carrying out stock checks.

Our branches are open Monday to Saturday (Sat. mornings only)

This vacancy is for 20 hours (4/hrs day), Mornings.

Working pattern will be discussed at the interview stage.

As a Part Time Delivery Driver 3.5t joining our team in Evesham (WR11 4JT) you will:

• Deliver plumbing and heating supplies within the local area.
• Build strong relationships with our customers.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure everything is safe and ready to go.
• Load and unload deliveries, including manual handling.
• Support with warehouse duties when you’re back from deliveries, including unloading stock, picking & packing orders and carrying out stock checks.

So, if you’re over the age of 18 and have got:

• A full clean UK Driving Licence.
• Previous multidrop driving experience is ideal but not essential.
• A genuine desire to be a team player, willing to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
