Job summary

Plumb Centre is recruiting a Delivery Driver 3.5t in Stoke-on-Trent (ST6 5FD) to deliver boilers and radiators to customer sites and building sites. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, with 40 hours per week and no weekend work.

You will handle 5–10 drops daily and support warehouse teams as needed. Ideal candidates hold a full UK driving licence, have 3.5T van/multidrop experience, and enjoy working as part of a team to ensure smooth branch operations and excellent customer

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• Experience with 3.5T van and multidrop driving preferred.
• Team player who can assist in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver boilers and radiators to customer sites and building sites.
• Perform 5–10 drops per day around Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.
• Conduct manual handling and loading/unloading of goods.
• Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.

As a Delivery Driver 3.5t based in Stoke-on-Trent (ST6 5FD) you’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering various items such as boilers and radiators to our customers sites and building sites.
• You will complete anything from 5 -10 drops a day around Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting of items loading and unloading them from vehicles.
• Building relationships with our customers when delivering to sites and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 08:00am - 17:00pm with no weekend work required.

• Previous 3.5T van and multidrop driving is preferred
• To be a team player who is happy to assist in the warehouse to ensure the smooth running of the branch
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence essential
