Job summary

Plumb Centre, part of the Wolseley Group, is hiring a Delivery Driver 3.5t in Stoke-on-Trent. You will handle multidrop deliveries, load and unload items, and support the branch with warehouse duties when needed.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 40 hours, with a competitive salary + bonus and benefits. A full UK driving licence is essential and you will build strong customer relations on site.

Qualifications

• Previous 3.5T van and multidrop driving is preferred.
• To be a team player who is happy to assist in the warehouse.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence essential

• Delivering items to customers sites and building sites.
• Complete 5–10 drops a day around Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.
• Manual handling and lifting of items loading/unloading from vehicles.
• Build relationships with customers on delivery to sites and provide excellent service

As a Delivery Driver 3.5t based in Stoke-on-Trent (ST6 5FD) you’ll be responsible for:

• Delivering various items such as boilers and radiators to our customers sites and building sites.
• You will complete anything from 5 -10 drops a day around Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.
• Manual handling and heavy lifting of items loading and unloading them from vehicles.
• Building relationships with our customers when delivering to sites and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 08:00am - 17:00pm with no weekend work required.
