Job summary

Bidfood Salisbury is seeking a Class 2 Delivery Driver/Multi Drop Driver to join our team. You'll deliver ambient, chilled and frozen goods to a wide range of customers, by road, with a focus on accuracy, safety and customer service.

The role involves early starts from around 4am, loading and unloading, building customer relationships, and working as part of a supportive team in a busy foodservice operation. We offer opportunities for development within a leading UK supplier.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Cat C or C+E driving licence.
• Professional, customer-focused drivers who enjoy being on the road.
• Willing to load and unload deliveries and work independently within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Safely delivering orders to customer locations across your designated route.
• Loading, moving and unloading products using cages and pallets.
• Providing a friendly, professional service at every delivery.
• Building positive relationships with customers.
• Completed deliveries efficiently while maintaining high safety standards.
• Following all driving, transport and legal compliance requirements.

Location: Bidfood Salisbury, Salisbury Road, Downton, Wiltshire SP5 3HY
Salary: £46,411.79
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday( Saturday on rota basis rest day given during the week)
Shift Times: From 4am depending on delivery area

What you'll be doing

As a Bidfood Multi Drop Driver, you'll deliver ambient, chilled and frozen products to a wide range of customers, helping ensure they receive the products they need, when they need them.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely delivering orders to customer locations across your designated route
• Loading, moving and unloading products using cages and pallets
• Providing a friendly, professional service at every delivery
• Building positive relationships with customers
• Completing deliveries efficiently while maintaining high safety standards
• Following all driving, transport and legal compliance requirements
