About The Role

Delivery Drivers play a crucial part of the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and continuously providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are important to us, giving customer feedback insights and ensuring we stay committed to delivering goods within the promised time.

As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success of a high-performing organisation and promoting the Company brand through positive interaction with customers.

Main Duties include:

1. Delivering products to customer’s premises within a mile radius
2. Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
3. Providing feedback to branch on relevant customer and competitor activity
4. Loading your vehicle according to procedures
5. Collecting customer returns as required
6. Vehicle maintenance including carrying out daily checks
7. Helping in the warehouse as and when required
8. Assisting with Inter-Branch Transfer Deliveries as and when required

Working hours: Average hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

1. Must hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
2. Excellent knowledge of mile radius of branch
3. Previous experience within a delivery driver role
4. Ability to understand the necessity of excellent standards of customer service
5. Work to deadlines with good time-keeping skills
6. Customer focused, driven to achieve, and willing to go the extra mile
