Job summary

Smiths News Drivers is seeking self-employed Delivery Contractor drivers in the Lincoln area. Shifts run early mornings (03:00 am - 09:00 am) 7 days a week. You’ll deliver newspapers to 20-30 customers daily, pack routes, and manage returns from the depot.

Candidates need a valid UK/European driving licence and access to a van. Onboarding is provided; multiple routes and weekly pay are available, offering flexibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid UK/European driving licence.
• Access to your own van or vehicle.
• Self-employed contractor able to manage own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver newspapers and magazines to 20-30 customers per day.

We are seeking Self-Employed Drivers to join our expanding distribution network in the Lincoln area. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading brand in the wholesale industry, offering both security and flexibility.

Key Services:

• Warehouse work: Packing newspapers for your route
• Completing a fixed route daily
• Delivering newspapers and magazines to 20-30 customers per day
• Collecting returned newspapers, magazines, and clean recycling bags
• Scanning Newspapers and returned items upon return to the depot
• Van must have a carrying capacity of between 1050kg to 1200kg (Depending on route)
