Unify in Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth, is hiring a Delivery Consultant to join a growing STEM recruitment team. After 12 months, you will advance to a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role, building your own desk and managing end-to-end hiring for clients.

Delivery Consultant / Trainee Recruitment Consultant | Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth

Are you an experienced Recruitment Resourcer or Delivery Consultant looking for your next challenge?

Or do you have a background in sales and want to break into the world of recruitment?

This could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. We're hiring an ambitious, high-potential Delivery Consultant to join our growing Unify team.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will work closely with our existing clients, providing recruitment support across a variety of sectors, including defence, data centres, BMS, and many more, helping to fill critical vacancies. This is an exciting opportunity to receive full training and gain hands-on recruitment experience within a supportive and growing business.

After 12 months in the role, you will progress to a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position, where you will begin building your own desk, developing relationships with new clients, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

• A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Experience in sales or recruitment is desirable but not essential for this role.
