Kenna Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Delivery Consultant/Resourcer in the City of London - Blackfriars to focus on sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates for the construction sector. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-6 months of recruitment experience, which is a critical asset for success in this fast-paced recruitment environment.

Delivery Consultant/Resourcer - Construction

City of London - Blackfriars

Day-to-day:

• Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and headhunting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage candidate pipelines across multiple live vacancies and client requirements.
• Complete reference checks and ensure candidate suitability before submission.
• Produce detailed candidate profiles and present suitable talent to consultants and clients.
• Support successful placements by delivering a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through to offer stage.

What we need from you:

• Previous recruitment experience (3-6 months) within an agency environment (construction-focused preferred).
• Strong focus on candidate sourcing and delivery.
• Proven success sourcing and placing quality candidates.
• Confident using LinkedIn and job boards to source talent.
• Driven, proactive, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a personable, relationship-focused approach.
