Delivery Consultant – Join a People-First Recruitment Team!

About the Role as a Delivery Consultant

You’ll be:

1. Sourcing candidates proactively via job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other platforms.
2. Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships through regular care calls.
3. Engaging with and qualifying high-caliber candidates across sectors within the public sector (Adult or children’s social care, housing, or Education).
4. Conducting detailed qualification calls to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
5. Preparing and presenting candidate front sheets for submission to clients.
6. Supporting contractors throughout their assignments, from onboarding to completion.
7. Conducting regular check-ins and managing extensions or transitions smoothly.
8. Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to meet client needs, exceed SLAs, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact to placement.

What we’re looking for from you as a Delivery Consultant

• Experience in recruitment delivery or talent acquisition (contractor care experience is a plus but not essential).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRMs, and sourcing best practices.
• A candidate-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
