Job summary

BMS Performance is a specialist recruitment business focused on sales, marketing and engineering talent. We are looking for a Delivery-focused Recruitment Consultant to join the Sales Division at our Weybridge office with hybrid working.

You will source and engage top sales professionals for clients while partnering with Account Managers to win new business and grow relationships. You will write engaging adverts, screen applicants, and build strong candidate pipelines using AI tools and LinkedIn

Qualifications

• Experience as a Resourcer, Researcher or Delivery Consultant in a recruitment agency.
• Experience recruiting for sales or other commercial roles preferred.
• Confident writing adverts, screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and an applicant tracking system.
• Organised, target-driven and open to trying new AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Write and post insight-led adverts, qualify inbound applications, build pipelines of active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-driven search tools.
• Run screening and competency-based interviews by phone and video.
• Manage candidates through the interview process and keep our CRM accurate.
• Pass on business development leads you uncover in candidate conversations.

The role:

BMS Performance is looking for a Delivery-Focused Recruitment Consultant to join our Sales Division. You'll work alongside our Account Managers by sourcing and engaging the sales professionals our clients need while they focus on winning new customers and growing existing client relationships. Day to day, you'll write and post insight-led adverts, qualify inbound applications, build pipelines of active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-driven search tools, and run screening and competency-based interviews by phone and video. You'll manage candidates through the interview process, keep our CRM accurate, and pass on business development leads you uncover in candidate conversations.

Based in our Weybridge office, with hybrid working.
