The Role
Kyndryl Consult is the fastest growing business within the organization and instrumental to the company's strategic growth objectives. You will play a key leadership role across multi-disciplinary teams, guiding them through the solutioning and delivery of our Client engagements.
As the Delivery Assurance Lead, you will have a pivotal role across the lifecycle of all programmes from solutioning of the deal to assurance of all consult delivery engagements. This role demands a strong presence at every stage to
- work with Go to Market, Account Bid Teams and Solution Leads to shape deals,
- Review deal pricing and solution design and deliverability
- Ensure delivery projects are correctly staffed across all delivery locations
- and where required turnaround failing programmes through the implementation of robust delivery methodologies and remediation planning.
Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development and innovation within the organization.
This role is pivot to our Client engagement strategy, impact assessing the feasibility of milestones to Client contractual agreements. As the Delivery Assurance Lead you will work across all industry sectors and professions ensuring a consistent methodology and approach. He/she will be expected to:
Strategic Leadership:Developing and implementing delivery assurance strategies and frameworks to ensure successful project execution
Providing leadership and guidance to delivery teams
Aligning delivery processes with overall business objectives
Delivery Oversight:Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT system integration projects
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Managing risks and issues associated with project delivery
Working closely with the Complex Projects Lead to identify and execute remediation plans for turnaround projects.
Quality Assurance:Establishing and maintaining quality assurance processes and standards
Conducting periodic QA of the UKI market's Top 15-20 programmes and providing Exec level dashboard status reporting on these programmes
Monitoring project performance and identifying areas for improvement
Ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Ensuring client satisfaction with project delivery
Managing client expectations and addressing any concerns
Team Management:Recruiting, training, and managing a small, central Delivery Assurance teams for UKI
Fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
Mentoring and developing team members
Process Improvement:Continuously evaluating and improving delivery processes
Implementing best practices and industry standards
Driving innovation in delivery methodologies

Required Skills and Experience- You will demonstrate experience in developing and implementing assurance methodology.
- You will have a proven track record in shaping and delivering large, complex delivery programmes.
- You will show exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing talent and fostering collaboration
- You will have significant experience working with C-suite stakeholders and presenting complex solutions in business terms
- You'll have experience with consulting methodologies, frameworks, and delivery models
