Reporting into the Director of Highways, the Assurance Delivery Director will lead strategic programmes that enable the business to deliver its business performance targets and drive positive change at a Client and Industry sector level to raise the bar for risk management and assurance delivery. This is a hybrid working role, with travel to our Warwick HQ as well as other sites on a weekly basis.
You will have experience in a similar role in a high risk or regulated industry, with a passion for driving change and continuous improvement initiatives. You will be a strong people manager, with the ability to work cross-functionally with excellent collaboration skills.
