Job summary

Mace delivers integrated construction and consultancy services, seeking a Delivery Assurance Manager in the UK. The role leads the design and maintenance of the IMRWR quality assurance framework, ensuring KPI governance, document control, and compliance across complex delivery programmes.

The position requires strong leadership, collaboration with multi-stakeholders, and a continual improvement mindset, with potential for hybrid working in the Peterborough area.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ISO principles to practical compliance scenarios.
• Extensive experience in quality management, auditing and process improvement.
• Extensive experience in the utility sector (water, energy, nuclear) or major infrastructure.
• Significant operational delivery experience in water recycling networks.
• Proven ability to lead teams or cross-functional functions.
• Experience working in regulated utility environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an ISO-principle compliant quality assurance model for IMRWR.
• Oversee KPI management, document control, quality processes and programme audits.
• Ensure governance standards across the Alliance are monitored, controlled and assured.
• Support partner compliance with contractual obligations and governance requirements.
• Own the KPI methodology feeding Contracted Annual Performance Indicators (API).
• May support NEC Supervisor duties for cost evaluation and defect management when needed.
