Job summary

This role supports the project management team in delivering objectives, maintaining plans, and ensuring safety, quality and stakeholder collaboration throughout delivery.

You'll engage in risk management, change tracking, and handover preparation, with a view to contributing to net-zero targets. Hybrid working options may be discussed as part of the role.

Qualifications

• MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS (or working towards) or (local equivalent)
• Appropriate construction skills certification scheme (CSCS) card.
• Tertiary qualifications in related (project management and/or construction related discipline), non-related degree or equivalent professional experience / apprenticeship, combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Work with the project team to assist in the delivery of the project objectives in line with the Project Plan.
• Monitor and actively engage in health, safety and wellbeing standards aspects of the project at all stages.
• Assist in the preparation and updates of project plans and keep them current throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure robust quality systems are managed in line with service excellence.
• Attend meetings and provide contextual information and analysis, including regular site walks.
