Job summary

White Raven Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Delivery Assurance and Change Lead in the Valley area of the United Kingdom. This role provides governance, planning, reporting and change control to support a critical operational programme.

The successful candidate will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, and deliver SQCDPE reporting to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivery assurance, governance, or programme controls within a complex environment.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience implementing governance, risk management and change control processes.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and produce reports.
• Experience facilitating governance meetings and stakeholder forums.
• Confident in challenging decisions and influencing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Experience in regulated environments is desirable.
• Full-time position; 40 hours/week; Monday to Friday working pattern.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain governance arrangements to support effective decision-making and delivery performance.
• Coordinate and oversee change activity through an integrated and controlled schedule.
• Ensure risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies are identified, managed, monitored, and escalated appropriately.
• Record, track, and drive actions, decisions, and commitments through to completion.
• Deliver clear, accurate, and timely SQCDPE reporting using objective performance data.
• Facilitate governance forums, delivery reviews, and performance discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning, governance, reporting, assurance, and control disciplines.
• Build delivery assurance capability across the business, promoting best-practice delivery techniques and governance standards.
• Share lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities across the wider organisation.
• Work collaboratively across customer, supplier, and internal stakeholder groups to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
