Job summary

Venesky-Brown’s Glasgow-based client is recruiting a Project Coordinator / Delivery Assurance Analyst for an initial 6-month contract, paying £250-£275/day Outside IR35. The role will involve coordinating project testing, SA reporting, and governance documentation from Glasgow.

The position requires handling upgrade trackers, MSP data, and FOI-related workflows while ensuring data integrity and timely delivery across multiple teams and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or PMO support.
• Ability to coordinate testing and UAT activities.
• Administration of QA and audit trails.
• Coordinate with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Data validation, tracking and reporting.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and actions.
• Support governance meetings and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upgrade trackers and status reports.
• Update records from MSPs and the organisation.
• Produce progress reports and dashboards.
• Escalate overdue actions and missing updates.
• Coordinate responses from contributors.
• Plan and coordinate UAT activities.
• Schedule testing sessions and track completion.
• Maintain test schedules and progress reporting.
• Log and monitor FOI requests and maintain evidence trails.
• Coordinate communications between project teams, suppliers and testers.
• Review testing documentation for completeness and adherence to standards.
