Musgrave Group Plc is hiring a Deli Supervisor at Centra Draperstown to oversee daily deli operations, food-to-go, hot food, and in-store bakery. You will lead a team, maintain high service standards, and ensure HACCP compliance.

The role requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends, with opportunities to engage in community initiatives and drive sales through excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy fast food, cafe, deli, food-to-go or hot counter environment.
• Good knowledge of food safety practices HACCP, Natasha's Law, and relevant scores on the doors.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily deli operations including food-to-go, deli, hot food, and in-store bakery.
• Lead and inspire the team, modelling positive behaviours to maximise sales and service.
• Ensure stock compliance, regular stock takes, and accurate labeling and pricing.
• Maintain HACCP standards and complete food safety paperwork.
• Support management with community initiatives and store improvements.
