Job summary

Musgrave Group is seeking a Deli Supervisor for Centra Moira to lead the daily deli operations, including hot food, food-to-go, and in-store bakery. You will coach a team, ensure exceptional service, and drive sales while upholding HACCP and Natasha’s Law requirements.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in a busy deli/fast food setting, GCSEs in Maths and English, and strong communication skills. Flexibility for shifts including weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a busy deli/fast food environment.
• GCSE Maths and English (C grade or higher) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of HACCP, Natasha’s Law, and food safety practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily deli operations including food to go, deli, hot foods, and in-store bakery.
• Lead and develop the deli team, demonstrating positive behaviours to maximise sales and customer service.
• Ensure stock is accurate, rotated, and compliant with HACCP and safety standards.
• Manage to minimise waste, portion control, labelling and pricing adherence.
• Support store management and participate in community and charity initiatives.
