Legal & General (L&G) is hiring a Delegated Solutions Manager to join the Asset Management Delegated Solutions team. The role focuses on designing, implementing and managing holistic portfolio solutions for institutional clients, leveraging L&G capabilities and external managers.

You will work on investment strategy design, risk analysis, portfolio construction, and client reporting, using tools including Python and bespoke systems. A CFA or actuarial qualification would be advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of asset classes, derivatives and liability-driven investment.
• Experience in investment strategy design, portfolio construction and risk analysis.
• Experience providing investment advice to institutional investors.
• Understanding of the UK defined benefit pension environment, including its risks and regulatory considerations.
• Structured and organised approach to managing projects.
• Proven ability to deliver high quality numerical analysis.
• Willingness to develop investment tools and processes.
• Python capability; CFA or actuarial qualification, or progress towards one, would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Providing investment advice to trustees and officers of institutional clients.
• Working with clients to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Checking that L&G can meet client requirements from a contractual and regulatory perspective.
• Supporting the delivery of bespoke investment strategy analysis, risk modelling and portfolio construction.
• Developing and maintaining proprietary investment tools and systems, including Python coding.
• Communicating complex analysis clearly, both in writing and in person.
• Understanding the investment opportunity set for each client and proposing implementation solutions.
• Working with clients and internal teams to deliver bespoke client reporting.
