You will oversee Coverholders, TPAs, and other delegated arrangements, ensuring compliance with Lloyd's standards and regulatory expectations while aligning to business goals.

The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management, delivering MI, audits, and proactive risk mitigation to sustain sound underwriting and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Lloyd's Market insurance and Delegated Authority governance.
• Ability to deliver governance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Consumer Duty, conduct risk and data protection.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delegated authority governance across Coverholders, TPAs, and other arrangements.
• Develop MI on underwriting performance, premium income, claims trends, and data quality.
• Coordinate audits and assurance activities; manage regulatory reviews and remediation.
