Job summary

You will coordinate workflows, assist due diligence reviews, and act as a point of contact for Brokers, Coverholders, DCAs and Auditors, ensuring high data quality and timely responses.

Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel and London market systems is preferred; A-level or higher and progress towards ACII are desirable.

Qualifications

  • Excellent administrative experience.
  • Experience of working in a Lloyds environment advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Education to at least A-level; degree preferable.
  • Desire to work towards ACII qualifications.

  • Prepare Delegated Claims Administrator due diligence information for review.
  • Review weekly workflow and carry out Quality Assurance processes.
  • Act as a point of contact for Brokers, Coverholders, DCAs, Auditors and Underwriters for queries and chasing information.

Job description

Key Accountabilities & Role Requirements:
  • To assist with Lloyd’s and Non-Lloyd’s coverholder applications (including Class of Business, Regional extensions, Branch office applications for Coverholders, Westfield Service Companies and CAA applications).
  • Supporting the team with preparing information required for Due Diligence reviews.
  • To co-ordinate workflows for Coverholder and Binder/Lineslip/Consortia Contract management including workflow processes and compliance reviews.
  • Pro-actively co-ordinate and prepare Delegated Claims Administrator due diligence information for review.
  • To review weekly workflow and carry out required Quality Assurance processes.
  • To be a point of contact for Brokers, Coverholders, DCAs, Auditors and Underwriters for any queries, chasing for outstanding information when required.
  • Follow up and escalation of open audit recommendations to ensure completion in line with agreed service levels.
  • Assist on system testing and liaise with the IT and Business Change teams as and when required.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements for delegated underwriting and Westfield internal protocols and procedures.
  • Attend market forums and workshops as and when required to stay abreast of ongoing regulatory and market changes.
Skills & Competencies Required:
  • Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous eye for identifying inconsistencies or inaccuracies in data entry or data outputs.
  • Communication – ability to communicate well one-to-one and in small groups. Keeps others informed and updated, Ability to write clear, precise and well organised documents.
  • Organisational Skills – ability to effectively prioritise, deliver on tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to act with due professional care, demonstrating sound integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Excellent administrative experience.
  • Experience of working in a Lloyds environment advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Experience of London market systems and processing desirable e.g. knowledge of Lloyd’s systems, including: ATLAS, DCOM, DAM, Wording Repository & Crystal.
  • Education to at least A-level; degree preferable.
  • Desire to work towards ACII qualifications.
