Job summary

Westfield Insurance in London is seeking an organised administrator to assist with Lloyd’s and non-Lloyd’s coverholder applications, including class of business and regional extensions. You will support due diligence and coordinate workflows for coverholders, binders and consortia, ensuring compliance and timely information flow.

You will prepare due diligence information for delegated claims administration, review weekly workflows, and act as a reliable contact for brokers, coverholders, DCAs

Qualifications

• Excellent administrative experience.
• Experience of working in a Lloyds environment advantageous.
• Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Experience of London market systems and processing desirable (ATLAS, DCOM, DAM, Wording Repository & Crystal).
• Education to at least A-level; degree preferable.
• Desire to work towards ACII qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Lloyd’s and Non-Lloyd’s coverholder applications (Class of Business, Regional extensions, Branch office applications).
• Support due diligence reviews and prepare required information.
• Coordinate workflows for Coverholder and Binder/Lineslip/Consortia management and compliance reviews.
• Prepare delegat ed claims administrator due diligence information for review.
• Review weekly workflow and perform Quality Assurance processes.
• Act as point of contact for Brokers, Coverholders, DCAs, Auditors and Underwriters for queries.
• Follow up and escalate audit recommendations to meet service levels.
• Assist on system testing and liaise with IT and Business Change teams.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and comply with regulatory and internal protocols.
• Attend market forums/workshops to stay updated on regulatory changes.
