Job summary

Fitch Group is currently seeking an Inclusion & Impact ReportingAnalystbased out of our London office.

We are seeking an Inclusion & Impact Reporting Analyst to lead and manage Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) reporting across the organization. This role will develop and maintain reporting frameworks, produce human capital and social impact metrics, ensure data quality and governance, support external disclosures, and provide insights that drive strategy and measurable outcomes.

You will own the day-to-day relationship with our Fitch community platform partner to source volunteering and giving data, and lead the end-to-end process to collect, standardize, and validate impact reporting data from charity partners. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce data, and the ability to apply those skills in support of DEI /social impact reporting. The role will also seek opportunities to increase team analytic capability, create meaningful, value-added reporting, and continuously streamline and automate reporting to reduce manual tasks.

Experience in social impact, DEI, and/or environmental reporting is valuable, but we are also interested in candidates with strong people analytics or HR reporting backgrounds who can apply those skills in this context.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Reporting strategy and frameworks

  • Design, implement, and evolve DEI and CSR/social impact reporting frameworks aligned to business priorities and leading standards (e.g., UN SDGs; GRI; relevant human capital best practices).
  • Define standardized KPIs, metrics, and methodologies for consistent measurement across the organization (e.g., volunteering hours, skills-based volunteering impact, charitable giving, community investment, outcomes).
  • Establish and maintain clear, consistent standards for the naming, definition, calculation, and use of metrics, ensuring reporting consistency, comparability, and auditability.

Impact Evaluation Framework

  • Design and deploy a comprehensive Impact Evaluation Framework to measure outputs, outcomes, and longer-term impact of DEI and social investment programs.
  • Establish clear theories of change/logic models, indicator hierarchies, baselines, targets, and data collection protocols for programs and partnerships.
  • Evaluate, select, and onboard external platforms or tools to support impact measurement (e.g., survey/impact platforms, partner reporting portals), including vendor due diligence, procurement support, integration design, and ongoing management.
  • Develop standard partner reporting templates, guidance, and SLAs; oversee training and continuous support for charity partners to improve data quality and consistency.
  • Conduct periodic impact reviews and learning cycles; translate findings into program improvements and strategic recommendations for leadership.

Data governance and quality

  • Establish and maintain data governance for DEI and CSR datasets, including data dictionaries, lineage, controls, and audit trails.
  • Implement validation, reconciliation, and anomaly detection routines across HRIS, community platforms, finance systems, and partner-provided datasets; ensure privacy, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR).
  • Partner with HR, Legal/Compliance, Finance, Technology, and Business to ensure ethical, secure, and compliant data handling.

Analytics and insight generation

  • Support with processes to build dashboards and analytical outputs that translate data into actionable insights for leadership and program owners; support with the design for executive-ready Inclusion and Social Impact dashboards.
  • Conduct trend, cohort, segmentation, and driver analyses to assess progress against targets, identify risks/opportunities, and inform interventions.
  • Translate findings into clear recommendations and measurable actions for HR, Inclusion, CSR, and business leaders.

External disclosures and assurance

  • Prepare inputs for Inclusion/CSR/Environmental reports, human capital disclosures, regulatory or voluntary submissions, and stakeholder communications (e.g., annual Fitch BUILD report, Inclusion benchmarking).
  • Coordinate with internal reviewers (Legal, Compliance, Internal Audit) and external partners to support assurance-readiness of metrics and narratives.

Platform and partner management

  • Serve as the day-to-day owner of the Fitch community platform relationship (e.g., implementation, enhancements, data integrations, vendor performance).
  • Oversee ingestion of volunteering and giving data; manage issue resolution and drive roadmap discussions to improve participation and data integrity.
  • Lead the end-to-end process to collect, standardize, and validate impact data from charity partners, refining templates, SLAs, and due diligence.

Operational excellence and continuous improvement

  • Create and maintain SOPs, calendars, and RACI for reporting cycles; manage timelines and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  • Seek continuous improvement opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes, reducing manual tasks and cycle time.
  • Develop self-service reporting assets and training to uplift the team’s analytic capability and empower stakeholders with trusted, on-demand insights.

AI- and automation-enabled process improvement

  • Leverage AI and agentic automation to improve process efficiency and data collection.
  • Partner with Technology and Data teams to evaluate, pilot, and scale AI-enabled tools that streamline reporting cycles and enhance stakeholder self-service.

Stakeholder engagement and communication

  • Partner with Inclusion leads, Heads of CSR, HRBPs, Workforce Analytics, Finance, Enterprise Data & Analytics and the Business to align metrics with program goals and communicate progress.
  • Present complex data and insights in clear, compelling formats for executive leadership and broader audiences.

  • Proven experience producing human capital metrics and narrative for internal management reporting and/or external disclosures.
  • Technical skills:
  • Advanced Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and handling large datasets; proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI)
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, (e.g., SAP Success Factors) and/or volunteering/community platforms (e.g., Benevity); comfort with data integrations and APIs (Qlik).
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance (e.g., GDPR) and building audit-ready controls.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Excellent communication, written and presentation skills with evidence of being able to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Flexible and adaptable self-starter, comfortable operating and delivering successful outcomes within small teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex reporting cycles and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
