Job summary

Mott MacDonald invites you to join its 2027 UK Degree Apprenticeship Programme in Project Management. You’ll work across multiple offices in England and Wales while pursuing a BSc (Hons) Degree Apprenticeship with QA, gaining hands-on experience on real client projects and structured learning both in-person and online.

You will contribute to planning, cost control and risk management while developing professional skills in stakeholder engagement and communication.

Qualifications

• A-levels or equivalent qualification required.
• You must have resided in England for at least three years.
• Visa sponsorship for this opportunity is not available.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of client projects to time and budget.
• Learn project management principles across planning, cost, risk, and stakeholder engagement.
• Apply classroom learning to real project work and progress toward degree accreditation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical project controls and effective communication.
