Stantec is seeking a Degree Apprentice (Level 6) Civil Engineer – Water in Redditch. You’ll join a UK-wide team of around 335 civil and structural engineers and train earning a Level 6 BEng in partnership with Coventry University, with four days a week in the office in Redditch.
The apprenticeship develops hands-on water project skills, supported by experienced colleagues and multiple Midlands offices. Applicants must be adaptable, collaborative and curious, and you’ll gain hands-on experience

The Opportunity You'll join our Water team and be part of a UK-wide discipline of around 335 civil and structural engineers. You'll learn from experienced colleagues while developing the skills and confidence to build your career in civil engineering. Locally, you'll be part of a supportive team of around 22 colleagues across Redditch, Birmingham, Derby and Shrewsbury. The Redditch team works closely with our other Midlands offices as one regional team, with Severn Trent Water as a key local client. Throughout your apprenticeship, you'll gain hands-on experience on water projects, learn how civil engineering supports essential infrastructure, and be supported by colleagues from different disciplines as you build your technical knowledge.
Earn while you learn. Whichever apprenticeship route you take, your tuition and qualification fees are on us. You will gain a Level 6 BEng Civil Engineering degree in conjunction with our Training Provider(s). This will be discussed further during the recruitment process.
