Stantec Inc. is offering a Degree Apprenticeship (Level 6) in Civil Engineering for Water in Reading.
You will be part of a UK-wide discipline of ~335 engineers and a local Reading team of ~15, supporting Thames Water projects from feasibility to construction while earning a degree. The role includes hands‑on design work, analysis, and client engagement, with four days in the office and a structured training path with multiple universities.

You'll join our Water team and be part of a UK-wide discipline of around 335 civil and structural engineers. You'll learn from experienced colleagues while developing the skills and confidence to build your career in civil engineering. Locally, you'll be part of a supportive Reading team of around 15 colleagues.The Reading team works closely with colleagues in London and High Wycombe, giving you the opportunity to learn from people across the wider region. You'll primarily support projects for Thames Water, helping deliver work linked to essential water infrastructure.,
