Job summary

eNL is seeking a Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor to join its Major Injury & Casualty team in Birmingham, with flexible remote working arrangements. The role involves handling a varied caseload of multi-track RTA and defendant personal injury claims for major insurers and household-name clients.

You will manage your own caseload, draft pleadings and reports, and work closely with clients to progress matters efficiently, while meeting court deadlines and directions.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of PQE in multi-track defendant litigation.
• Background in RTA or personal injury litigation.
• Defendant experience preferred for higher-value claims.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of multi-track RTA and defendant personal injury claims.
• Draft pleadings, reports and advise clients on litigation strategy.
• Investigate liability and gather relevant evidence.
• Instruct experts and consider complex medical causation issues.
• Attend court hearings and manage cases with court deadlines and directions.
