DEFENDANT CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE ASSOCIATE

2-6 yrs PQE - Associate up to SA role

London/wfh.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a top tier defendant Clinical Negligence team. They are looking for a 2 yrs + lawyer with a real passion for this area of law, keen to work with a fantastic team. Many of their team members are rated in all directories, seen to be leaders in this field, with a number former medical professionals too. The work is defendant based, and they will look at those form a defendant or claimant background (and give full training and support for your transition).

The role will be based from their London office, and there will also be wfh to allow you full flexibility.

Their reputation as being caring towards their staff is well-known, and a strong ethos of theirs. Many say this firm has a family feel - it's the Clin Neg team everyone wants to join. They have a personal touch that others lack, such that they genuinely care for their team members, and ensure there is a proper work/life balance, with sensible hours. You will not see ridiculous targets and goalposts being moved, as they are in some of the other defendant firms.

This new role has come about through expansion, as the work has continued to flow in at a steady rate over many years. This is a financially robust firm, and they reward their lawyers very well.

Much of their work is high value, complex, and often nationally reported. You will be working both on your own complex caseload, as well as assisting partners.
