JAM Recruitment Ltd is representing a leading national firm recruiting a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor in Birmingham. The role is full-time with a salary between £65,000 and £90,000 DOE, for a candidate with at least two years of post-qualification experience.

You will manage a caseload of complex multi-track claims, focusing on employers’ liability, public liability and road traffic accidents. The successful candidate will advise insurer clients on liability and quantum, develop litigation

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' PQE in defendant personal injury litigation.
• Experience in employers' liability, public liability or motor claims is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of multi-track claims.
• Advise insurer clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy.
• Prepare cases for trial, draft pleadings and witness statements.
• Instruct experts and counsel, negotiate settlements on high-value matters.
• Work within a specialist team handling high-profile defendant PI claims.
