ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor for a leading Birmingham team, handling high-value defendant personal injury claims for insurer clients and managing your own multi-track caseload. 2+ years' PQE in defendant PI is required, with experience in employers' liability, public liability or motor claims being particularly attractive.

Catastrophic Injury Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £65,000+ (DOE) – An exceptional opportunity for a talented Solicitor to join one of the UK's leading Catastrophic Injury teams, handling high-value defendant personal injury claims for a prestigious insurer client base. JOB REF: 5230

THE ROLE:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor to join a nationally recognised Catastrophic Injury team undertaking complex defendant personal injury litigation. Working alongside experienced specialists, you will manage your own caseload of multi-track claims whilst assisting on high-value catastrophic injury matters involving employers' liability, public liability and road traffic accident claims. You will advise insurer and corporate clients on liability, quantum and litigation strategy, prepare cases for trial, draft pleadings and witness statements, instruct experts and counsel, negotiate settlements and gain exposure to some of the most complex personal injury litigation in the market.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years' PQE with experience in defendant personal injury litigation. Candidates with experience in employers' liability, public liability or motor claims will be particularly attractive. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical ability, strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for high-value personal injury litigation.
