eNL is recruiting a Catastrophic Injury Solicitor in Birmingham with 2+ years PQE to handle high-value defendant PI matters for a prestigious insurer client base. You will manage a multi-track caseload, draft pleadings, witness statements, and collaborate with experts and counsel on complex litigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' PQE in defendant personal injury litigation.
• Experience in employers' liability, public liability or motor claims is desirable.
• Strong technical ability and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of multi-track defendant PI claims.
• Prepare pleadings and witness statements; instruct experts and counsel.
• Negotiate settlements and advance cases to trial where appropriate.
• Advise insurer and corporate clients on liability, quantum and strategy.
• Contribute to high-value catastrophic injury matters within a leading team.
