Defendant Catastrophic Injury Solicitor – Birmingham – International Law Firm – £££

A leading international law firm is looking to strengthen its highly regarded insurance and personal injury practice with the appointment of an experienced Defendant Catastrophic Injury Solicitor in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong background in defendant catastrophic injury work to join a well-established team handling a high-quality and complex caseload.

The successful Defendant Catastrophic Injury Solicitor will work on a range of high-value claims involving catastrophic and life-changing injuries, acting for major insurers, corporate clients and other large organisations. Matters will include brain and spinal injuries, amputations, multiple orthopaedic injuries and other complex injury claims.

You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own caseload while working alongside experienced partners and senior lawyers on some of the firm's most significant and complex claims.

The Candidate

The firm is keen to hear from Defendant Catastrophic Injury Solicitors with a strong technical background and experience handling complex, high-value claims.

You will ideally have:

• A strong background in defendant personal injury litigation.
• Experience handling catastrophic injury claims from inception through to conclusion.
• Experience dealing with complex and high-value claims.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• The ability to work confidently with insurers and corporate clients.
• A commercial approach and an interest in business development.
