Job summary

Babcock at Devonport Royal Dockyard in Plymouth is seeking a Training Analyst Designer to help build future workforce capabilities in a defence setting. You will conduct training needs analyses and contribute to learning solutions that enable safe, competent performance in complex environments.

The role is based in Plymouth, 35 hours per week, with security clearance requirements and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing business, technical or learning requirements.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
