Job summary

TRIA is seeking a Senior Test Specialist to lead testing across complex Defence programmes, working in highly secure environments to shape test strategies and ensure resilient, mission-critical services.

The role is based on-site in Wiltshire (Chippenham) with travel to other sites as required; active SC clearance is essential. You will drive testing excellence, mentor teammates and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading testing within government, defence, aerospace or similar organisations.
• Strong understanding of secure networks, air-gapped systems or complex infrastructures.
• Experience supporting cloud transformation initiatives and validating cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities across Defence programmes and shape test strategies.
• Assure solution quality and mentor junior testers within a high-performing team.
• Create and manage test artefacts including strategies, plans and reports.
