Job summary

Positiv+ Cohort is seeking a Systems Engineer with a strong Test RM focus and an Electrical Engineering background to support the delivery of complex defence equipment for a leading Customer / End Client. The role combines systems engineering, test, requirements, and project delivery with end-to-end responsibility for equipment work packages.

The successful candidate will own equipment-level delivery, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure compliance through a disciplined test

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience as Systems Engineer or Test RM in defence, aerospace, or safety-critical environment.
• Strong requirements management with ownership, traceability and verification.

Responsibilities

• Own equipment work packages from planning to delivery assurance.
• Define and manage equipment test and qualification activities.
• Coordinate design reviews and process gate reviews.
• Manage supplier and design authorities to time, cost, quality.
• Provide progress reporting to programme leadership.
