Our Defence and Security team is seeking an exceptional Consultant to support the growth of our Defence Supply Chain business. You will deliver high-impact consulting projects, work closely with clients across the Defence sector, and develop innovative strategies to drive business value and transform supply chains.

Work Environment and Travel

• Autonomy in managing your time and diary to maintain work/life balance
• Travel to client sites as required
• Hybrid working environment: 2-3 days per week in the office or client site
• Location: London or Bristol offices

Key Responsibilities

• Address complex supply chain challenges in the UK and internationally
• Provide strategic advice on transforming supply chain teams and embracing technology
• Support clients in achieving business outcomes through innovative supply chain and logistics solutions

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supply chain and logistics, including military and industrial sectors
• Experience navigating complex Defence sector supply chains
• Proven ability to lead change initiatives in stakeholder environments
• Extensive Defence Supply Chain and Logistics knowledge
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative work style in dynamic environments
• Relevant qualifications (CIPS, MCIPS, CILT) preferred
• Consulting experience preferred; for Principal level, required
