Cognizant's RCGH Consulting unit is seeking talented consultants with extensive domain experience coupled with consultative experience of executing large-scale business change and IT solutions in the RCGH industries. The role provides an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, high-energy, and entrepreneurial team working with leading UK brand names.

Role Background:

Supply Chain Management (SCM) Lead Consultant / Product Owner to work closely with our client to identify the priorities that drive business value and guide successful SCM initiatives and implementations.

Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Provide Business Analysis to support the execution of Supply Chain initiatives.
  • Improve processes across the business by identifying and implementing logistical practices.
  • Engage with business stakeholders and conduct workshops for requirement elicitation.
  • Map business processes and user journeys; develop business domain models and documentation (Business process modelling, Process flow modelling, Data flow modelling, Stakeholder analysis).
  • Identify business pain points and translate them into requirements.
  • Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), including non-functional requirements.
  • Develop Process Maps (L1, L2, L3, L4) and perform gap analysis.
  • Document BRDs, FSDs, NFRs, and RTMs.
  • Support delivery teams with project planning, requirements, testing, reporting, and implementation activities.
  • Develop and facilitate User Acceptance Test (UAT) cases.
  • Support end-user adoption through training, documentation, and implementation support.
  • Analyze market/industry trends and support go-to-market initiatives.
  • Contribute to research, whitepapers, and collateral development.
  • Assist business development activities, including RFI/RFP responses and proposals.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
  • Domain expertise in Retail or Consumer Goods industries.
  • Experience in consulting engagements and supply chain domains such as omnichannel fulfilment, order management, or supply chain planning.
  • Experience leading supply chain or digital transformation projects.
  • Experience with supply chain software (e.g., JDA, IBM Sterling, SAP, Infor, Manhattan) is advantageous.
  • Data analysis and modeling skills for fact-based decision making.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to manage medium-sized teams and coordinate with external partners.
  • Knowledge of Use Cases, Process Maps, and User Journeys.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Agile Business Analysis Professional Level Certificate (BCS Advanced International Diploma in Business Analysis).
  • PM/PO SAFe certification.
