Supply Chain Logistics Consultant/Senior Consultant, London

Your Role

Be part of Capgemini’s Logistics squad, delivering solutions in Warehouse and Transport management, automation, robotics, digital and AI technologies, including WMS, TMS, OMS, and in-store technology, forming part of the wider connected supply chain. You will help set the direction, develop operational capabilities, model values, and coach junior team members.

You will also contribute to business growth and your personal development through activities in:

• Business Development: Leading proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, and hosting clients at events.
• Internal Contribution: Campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development, and offering development.
• Learning & Development: Training, certifications, and career development activities.

Your Profile

We seek someone with:

• Experience in warehouse operations and process optimization in logistics.
• Experience in multimodal transport operations and logistics process optimization.
• Experience leading project teams, familiar with project delivery and governance, agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Background as a management consultant or in business improvement programs, with global or regional impact.
• Ideally, experience with Manhattan Active or other WMS solutions.
• Understanding of integrated supply chain solutions, including planning, OMS, TMS, and in-store systems.
• Experience with implementing TMS or other supply chain solutions and managing software vendor relationships.
• Knowledge of logistics software strengths and weaknesses, testing processes, stakeholder management, and budget management.
• Proven success in matrix organizations and team collaboration.
