Kainos is seeking a Solution Architect (Manager) to lead multi-skilled agile teams delivering high-quality defence-focused solutions for customers. You will work with customer architects to agree designs, advise on effort and complexity, and mentor staff to support their career development.

Effective communication of technical designs, stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering multi-tiered software systems are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• Must have prior defence sector experience.
• Active Security or DV clearance required.
• Has delivered software designs for multi-tiered modern software applications.
• Understands whole solution architecture concepts and can communicate and negotiate these with customer architects.
• Experience with public cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-skilled agile teams to design and deliver high quality solutions which delight our customers and impact users worldwide.
• Advise customers and managers on estimated effort, technical implications and complexity surrounding designs.
• Manage, coach and develop staff, with a focus on performance and career development.
