Job summary

Chartwells Independent is seeking a part-time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for Defence, contracted to 12 hours per week. The shift pattern includes Sat and Sun mornings.

The role is contracted to 50.2 weeks per year, offering consistent hours and a chance to contribute to safe, hygienic environments for clients and customers. You will work with our teams to maintain high cleaning standards, perform dusting, mopping, and sanitising, and handle routine duties such as waste

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.
