Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a part-time Cleaner to join our Defence cleaning and facilities teams, contracted to 12 hours per week. Shift pattern currently includes Saturday and Sunday mornings, with a role focused on keeping environments safe, hygienic and well-maintained for clients and customers.

The ideal candidate will have reliable, flexible attributes and might have prior cleaning experience; training and support will be provided in a respectful, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual.
• Cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Flexible to shift patterns and part-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping and vacuuming designated areas.
• Sanitising surfaces, floors, windows and touchpoints regularly.
• Mopping spillages quickly and efficiently.
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste.
• Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies.
