Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to support Defence projects across the Midlands, North and Scotland. Applicants ideally hold security clearance or be able to obtain and maintain it.

You will lead the programme controls function, ensuring accuracy of plans, cost, safety, environment and performance reporting while directing controls resources. Responsibilities include reviewing new project proposals, ensuring realistic plans, identifying resource requirements,

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions.
• Proficiency with PC operating systems and basic software applications.
• Proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office; understanding engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and start-up processes.
• Knowledge of engineering and construction management.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme controls across Defence projects in Midlands, North & Scotland.
• Monitor plans, costs, safety, environment and performance reporting; allocate controls resources.
